Questions
What people ask before booking
Photo booth packages run from two to five hours, and the 360 booth is priced by the hour with a three hour minimum. Prints, props, backdrops, an attendant and your full gallery are included rather than charged separately, so the quote is close to the final number. Full pricing is on the packages page.
About 10 by 10 feet of level floor for either booth. The 360 needs a little clearance around it for the arm to swing. If your venue is tight, send us the floor plan and we will tell you whether it works before you commit.
Neither. We carry our own battery power rather than relying on the venue, so a shared circuit or a socket on the far side of the room does not stop the booth running. Where convenient mains power exists we will use it, but we come self-sufficient.
Two hours for the photo booth, three for the 360. Below that, setup and pack-down take up most of the visit and the booth barely gets used.
Six to nine months for a Saturday in peak season, one to three months for a weekday or off-season date. We run one photo booth and one 360, so a booked date is genuinely gone.
Yes, with overhead cover and cover on at least two sides. Sun and wind are the two things that spoil outdoor photos, so we will talk through placement with you rather than turning up and improvising.

What Insurance Do Los Angeles Venues Require From a Photo Booth Company?
Most couples find out about the certificate of insurance three weeks before the wedding, in an email from their venue coordinator. Here is what it is, why venues insist on it, and how to check your vendor can produce one.

Where to put the photo booth at your reception
The equipment side is simple. The social side is what decides whether the booth runs a queue all night or sits there looking expensive.

How many hours do you need a photo booth for at a wedding?
Guest count and hours are related by arithmetic, not taste. Once you see the arithmetic the decision gets much easier, and the bigger question turns out to be when the hours run.
